How to Heal Yourself Self-treatment for Mental healing
Effective usage: At the moment you feel an uncomfortable emotion, connect with the energy of Nanairo and let the energy flow through you.
1, First say or think Nanairo, connect with the energy of Nanairo, and let the energy flow through you.
2, Feel the uncomfortable emotion you are holding or feeling.
Feel it in any part of your body, many people feel it in their chest or stomach area, but feel it with your senses.
Close your eyes and feel the emotion with your body.
3, Just continue to feel the feelings and sensations that come up, and if other feelings come up, feel them too.
4, Continue until the change of emotion is over. Sometimes the uncomfortable feeling will be zero, sometimes it will decrease a little, and some people may feel a completely different emotion.
5, usually takes less than 5 minutes, but keep going until you get to the point where you feel good about yourself.
You may feel your true feelings.

Use this as a reference when you notice an eighth or lower emotion in your daily life.
